Returns Policy  

We understand judging your size during pregnancy is challenging and sometimes things don’t look the way you expected.  In this case we are happy to accept returns and offer refunds for full price items in original, saleable condition with tags and labels intact within 14 days of order.

Please note all postage costs arising from a return are at the customer’s expense including any duties/taxes that may apply. We ask you to consider this before purchase.

To return item, follow these steps;

1. Mummi packaging satchels are resealable with a double adhesive strip to make them easy to re-use. Alternatively, purchase a new satchel from your local post office.
2. Place your garments for return inside satchel with a copy of your invoice with your preference stated whether you want a credit or refund.
3. Re-seal packaging and label the front with our return address below and send.

All items returned to Mummi Pty Ltd will be evaluated to determine if the garment is eligible for a refund.  If so, a full refund will be issued exc freight costs via your original payment method within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse.

Please ensure your package is secure and use a tracked carrier as we accept no liability during the return transit if goods are lost, stolen, or damaged. Also, retain proof of postage and tracking number as we may request if issues arise.

Exchanges

Mummi Pty Ltd does not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size, please return your unwanted items for a full refund, and place a new order online which will be processed as normal.

Wrong Order or Faulty Item

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, notify us immediately by contacting our team at hello@mummi.com.au. We’ll re-send the correct or replacement item free upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

We operate 3 month returns policy for items that develop a manufacturing fault. Contact our team within this period to discuss items that have developed a fault soon after purchase.
