Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) online, packed and shipped by Mummi Pty Ltd are dispatched to metro or regional Australia via our delivery partner Australia Post.
Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order.
Delivery within Australia
We currently only deliver within Australia and three shipping options available:
Delivery times within Australia*
For standard shipping expect 7 - 9 business days depending on your location.
For standard delivery via post to WA, NT, TAS and rural areas expect 10 - 14 business days.
For express shipping expect 2 - 4 business days within the express post network (major capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may take longer.
Packaging & Tracking methods
Mummi uses a custom polybag to safely package your order to avoid damage in transit. Upon your parcel leaving our warehouse you will receive an email with a consignment number to track your parcel. Australia Post can be contacted on 13 76 78 and order tracked online at https://auspost.com.au/.
If you wish to have a signature for delivery, please specify at time of placing your order.
Stolen or Lost Items
Mummi Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any items that go missing, are stolen at point of delivery, or not delivered correctly by Australia Post. If we can prove the item was sent it is outside of our control and Mummi Pty Ltd will not be held responsible.
General Terms
Delivery times apply only to products currently in stock. In periods of high demand, an order may be accepted with insufficient stock to fulfil it. In this case we will contact you directly and issue a full refund.
If required, deliveries must generally be signed for by yourself or someone known to you upon delivery.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Hotels.
Mummi Pty Ltd staff do our best to deliver your order within the timescales for delivery indicated. However, during peak periods or natural disasters there may be courier delays that are beyond our control. We will communicate with you if we are made aware of any issues.
